Three Bridges Life Care Community is a planned retirement community on 64 acres of rolling hills adjacent to Anadel State Park. The design teams of Stone Marraccini Patterson and Backen Arrogoni and Ross planned two residential neighborhoods for an active community that feeds into an urban core, called Main Street. Along Main Street are restaurants, cafes, and buildings for the arts, gymnasium, pool, library, and chapel. Assisted living housing with courts and community rooms line portions of the street. Featured at the entry to Main Street is the skilled nursing facility, called the Care Center. The Care Center is composed of four14-unit “cottages” with a fifth recuperative care cottage connected by a conditioned protected outdoor walkway. Landscape amenities with commons and trails are included.
