This 40-acre lifestyle commercial/residential development is located just north of Seattle.The high-density, pedestrian-focused site will include a centralized village green with restaurants, covered pavilion and urban green for non-programmed events. The village green is flanked on two sides by three levels of residential above retail and anchored on the third side by an upper level theater district. 58,000 sf of office and 727 apartments are above 297,000 sf of major retailers, shops and restaurants in this mixed-use development. Included in the planning is a 95,000 sf (125 rooms) hotel and an 85,000 sf health club. Special attention was given to concentrate the community growth in an urban grid so as to spare the adjacent wetlands.
